    Description

    This is a very rare early edition of the same type bible as went to the moon with Apollo Astronauts.
    About one inch square, it contains the entire King James Bible. This can actually be read using a microscope.
    These were manufactured by NCR (National Cash Register) in the early 1960s as a microfilm technology demonstration.
    NCR showcased this new technology at the 1964-65 World's Fair in New York.
    Very strange things about this Bible
    The Bible is printed upside down on the film, with Genesis starting at the bottom right.
    Even though it was later revised and reprinted NCR never corrected it.
    NCR's World's Fair exhibit was in the "Court of the Moon" directly across from the "Lunar Fountain".
    The fair took place years before Apollo crew took these bibles to the moon or anyone knew that they would.
